Yes, I am currently accepting new clients for both in-person and telehealth sessions. The best way to get started is to fill out the contact form, send an email, or give me a call. We'll schedule a free 20-minute consultation from there.

The consultation is simply a conversation. There is no preparations or commitments necessary. You'll have a chance to share what's bringing you in, I'll tell you a little about how I work, and we'll get a feel for whether we're the right fit for each other. If we decide to move forward we'll schedule your first full session from there. If not I'll do my best to point you in the right direction.

I am based in Winter Park, FL. Sessions are held within a group practice building, when you arrive you may notice the building carries a different name and branding. You're in the right place simply wait for your appointment time or message me and you'll be taken care of from there.

Yes, telehealth sessions are available to anyone located in Florida. Sessions are conducted through Google Meet and a link will be provided prior to session.

The frequency of sessions are determined by what works for you. Clients will often start with weekly sessions and transition to biweekly once progress has been made.

A 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice is required. Late cancellations or no shows may be subjected to a charge for the full missed session. I understand if life gets in the way of our sessions, please reach out as soon as possible and we will work something out.

A Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern is a mental health counselor in post graduate training towards full licensure. All services are supervised by a qualified licensed professional to ensure the best services possible. Care is aligned with the same ethical standards throughout the mental health counseling field.
